Launch your courier subsidiary on a platform that already knows what a holding group looks like.

Multiple legal entities. Separate brands, AWB series, and financial records. Shared infrastructure. Unified reporting. CourierManager was designed for courier groups — your subsidiary can spin up without reinventing the architecture.
Who this is for

Built for multi-brand, multi-entity organizations

This page is for you if your organization is:

  • A holding group launching a new courier or logistics subsidiary
  • A multi-brand operator running several courier brands under one parent
  • A multi-country network with separate legal entities per country
  • A non-courier business (tourism, retail, hospitality, industrial) spinning up an internal logistics arm
The three capabilities that unlock this

Own Companies. Isolation. White-label.

01

Multiple operating companies in one platform

CourierManager's "Own Companies" feature lets you run several legal entities on one instance, each with:

  • Its own AWB series and tracking-code namespace
  • Its own logo, invoice template, email templates, and SMS sender IDs
  • Its own bank accounts and financial reconciliation (including per-company Revolut integration)
  • Its own legal and tax details (VAT registration, corporate identity)

The parent sees consolidated reporting. Each subsidiary sees its own operation. The customer sees the subsidiary's brand only.

02

Subsidiary-grade isolation when you need it

For subsidiaries that need full technical independence (regulatory separation, dedicated hosting region, data residency), CourierManager runs on a dedicated-instance architecture as well:

  • Dedicated database and application server per subsidiary
  • Independent release cadence if desired
  • Cross-instance API bridges so parent and subsidiary can exchange shipments natively

Start on shared infrastructure; migrate to dedicated as the subsidiary scales — or launch dedicated from day one.

03

White-label down to the tracking page

Your subsidiary's customers never see "CourierManager." They see your subsidiary:

  • Custom domain — tracking at track.yoursubsidiary.com, not at ours
  • Fully branded customer tracking pages, AWB forms, email notifications, SMS templates
  • Your branding end-to-end — "Powered by" lines only on request
  • Your documents — invoices, COD receipts, delivery confirmations — issued under the subsidiary's legal identity
Who's running a holding group this way

The FAN Courier group — three entities, three stories

FAN Courier (Romania)

Domestic operator

The Romanian flagship runs on its own internal "Cargo" system. Its sister entities sit on CourierManager.

FAN International

Cross-border orchestrator

13 countries CEE
Operates across Central and Eastern Europe with its own legal identity and operational independence on CourierManager. Distinct from FAN Courier domestic.

FAN Moldova

Greenfield national subsidiary

100K+ shipments/month, ~20% market share
Launched from zero in 2021. Runs on its own CourierManager instance with a cross-border API bridge to FAN Romania's internal system. Three legal entities, three brands, two on our platform, one customer-facing network.

Luigi Vendrami — former CEO who led the FAN Moldova launch, now independent — is happy to speak directly with prospects about what the first 90 days actually looked like.
